Boys Tennis Coach en HILL-MURRAY SCHOOL

Description

Hill-Murray School is seeking a Boys’ Tennis JV Coach for the upcoming spring season. The coach’s number one job is to provide our students with an outstanding, inclusive, and transformational experience. The ideal candidate is a positive, knowledgeable coach who is passionate about developing student-athletes both on and off the court.

The coach will help guide players in the fundamentals of tennis, foster sportsmanship and teamwork, and support the mission of Hill-Murray — to form students in a Catholic, college-preparatory community where faith, character, and excellence thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan and lead daily practices that focus on skill development, effort, and fun.

● Collaborate with the Head Coach to align strategy and player development.

● Model Hill-Murray’s values of integrity, respect, and teamwork.

● Support student-athletes in balancing academics, athletics, and personal growth.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Prior coaching or playing experience required; High School, Collegiate, or USTA level preferred.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Must meet MSHSL and Hill-Murray coaching certification requirements.

Start Date: Sports Season – Spring 2025-26 (March - June).

Schedule: Weekday practices, matches, and some weekend practices.
