Upon identification of new projects, they engage in project selection activities. They complete resource procurement and continuous project plan reviews for changes in resource requirements to match availability with resource needs of the new project(s). They continually provide the portfolio roadmap containing its intended direction, interdependencies, milestones, benefits, and risks to the MemorialCare Board for proper visibility and accountability. The Program Director is an intricate part of IS team, driving proper decision-making that supports the organization’s goals for quality care improvements in our communities.
