Job Summary

Perform all office duties needed to meet the needs of our Learning Center guests including making lesson reservations in-person, over the phone and online.  Answer any guest questions regarding Learning Center operations, hours and rates. Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to problem solve in a fast-paced customer focused environment. 

Required

Pleasant outgoing personality

Comfortable with computer and phone work

Ability to learn the different computer programs needed to do the job

Preferred

Previous customer service experience

Prior cash handling experience

Core Responsibilities

  •   Responsible for in-person, telephone and online reservations for group and private lessons
  •   Understand and be able to perform the daily office duties of the Learning Center
  •   Responsible for receipts and deposits received during assigned shifts
  •   Adhere to departmental policies and procedures to maintain a professional office atmosphere
  •   Other duties as assigned by management

This seasonal position runs from December through mid-March concurrent with our ski season operations.
