Summary/Objective:
The Project Manager will lead customer-focused retail initiatives at the corporate level, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and executed with the highest standards of excellence. This position requires both strategic coordination across departments and hands-on oversight in warehouse and logistics operations to guarantee seamless project delivery that enhances the customer experience. The pay range for this role is $85,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus eligibility for a year-end performance bonus. Candidates with strong, relevant experience may be offered salaries toward the higher end of the range, while those earlier in their careers can expect offers aligned with the entry level of the range.
Essential Functions:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are consistently met.
- Develop detailed project plans using structured methodologies such as PMBOK or Agile frameworks, including milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Utilize project management tools such as Monday.Com to assign tasks, track progress, and report performance metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across logistics, operations, and corporate functions to maintain accountability and clear communication.
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to monitor inventory, shipments, and status updates, aligning with project requirements and schedules.
- Support logistics planning and execution, including coordination of shipments, transportation scheduling, and vendor communication to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma, to streamline logistics workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and dashboards, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders through structured reporting and visual management tools.
- Maintain organized documentation such as project charters, RACI matrices, reports, and post-project evaluations.
- Lead problem-solving and decision-making sessions using root cause analysis and process improvement frameworks to keep projects on track.
- Continuously assess and refine internal processes to drive improvement, scalability, and repeatable project success.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK) and their practical application in cross-functional environments.
- Demonstrated experience with project management software (Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey technical or operational information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and accountability.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training preferred.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous project management experience preferred
- Experience in a distribution, warehouse, or light manufacturing environment is a plus

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Adjusting or moving objects up to 15 pounds.
- Ability to make repetitive movements, including moving of the wrists/and or fingers, bending, or squatting.
Work Environment:
- This position is on-site, and the candidate will work indoors in a temperature-controlled environment with periods of time in a high-activity warehouse with moderate noise level.
