- Base salary: $50,000 plus commission
- Earning potential: Up to $150,000 annually

- Desk deals and perform customer TOs to close sales (CDK experience a plus)
- Train, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve success
- Support manufacturer programs for maximum dealership profitability
- Recommend procedures for advertising, sales promotions, staffing, and customer satisfaction
- Meet with each salesperson daily to review prior results and plan action steps
- Conduct group sales meetings to drive performance
- Ensure vehicles are displayed, merchandised, and maintained to dealership standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license required
- 5+ years of automotive sales experience
- 2+ years of dealership management experience required
- Proven internet sales metrics
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
