A busy and kind family in NYC's Upper East Side neighborhood is seeking an early morning and afternoon driver for their 3 children. The schedule will be Monday through Friday 7:30am - 9:30am; 3pm-6:30pm with flexibility to 8pm on some days. Some weekend days might be needed as well but it will be discussed. The usual drive will include taking the kids to school- one who is outside Manhattan and two inside- and then after-school activities. This will be using your own vehicle. This job runs from September through mid-July, then starts back up then September again. Guaranteed hours of 25 a week. This is a long term position that runs from September through the end of June each year with annual renewal based on mutual agreement.
Responsibilities:- Driving the children to and from school and activities in Randall's Island; schedules might slightly change and shift each season
- Running some errands for the family
- Some weekend driving might be needed; prior notice will be given
- Driving client to work in midtown
- Must have your own vehicle
- Safe driver with good driving record
- Good references
- 50/hr
- $500 a month stipend covering vehicle costs, fuel, maintenance and tolls
