We’re currently looking for a Full-Time Nanny in Durham, NC (27703)
A lovely family near Holder Hill Farm in Durham is seeking a Nanny for their son, who will be 6 months old.
Care will begin January 5th, 2026, for a minimum of 6 months, ideally with a trial period in December. Care will be needed Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm, with the potential for some evenings to extend to 5:00pm.
The ideal candidate would be creative and engaging, with infant experience.

Responsibilities
- All aspects of care and monitoring for one infant, including:
- Engaging in developmentally appropriate activities to support milestones
- Bottle preparation | Light meal and snack preparation
- Maintain child's schedules and routines as set by parents
- Communicate effectively with parent regarding child's daily activities, progress, and concerns that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children - help with light housework such as baby's dishes, bottles, laundry, and organizing toys
- Walking outside of the home with potential driving needs in the future
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 2+ years of paid, professional infant care experience
- Must be able to provide at least two professional childcare references, or references that collectively cover at least two years of professional childcare experience, whichever is greater
- CPR and First Aid certified or willing to become certified
- Must have valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and driver's insurance
- Must be able to successfully clear a background and social media check
- Must be comfortable with family’s friendly dog
Compensation + Benefits
This position pays $20 - 25 per hour, and the family is looking for full time care.
