Description
BayMark Health Services is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Grant Coordinator to oversee the administration and compliance of awarded grants. Join a mission-driven organization dedicated to providing essential support to individuals with Opioid Use Disorders.
- Ensure all grant activities comply with federal, state, and funder regulations, as well as organizational policies.
 - Track expenditures, monitor budgets, and ensure appropriate use of funds.
 - Prepare and submit timely financial and programmatic reports.
 - Maintain accurate records and documentation for all grant-related activities.
 - Collaborate with program staff, finance, and other departments to implement grant-funded projects.
 - Support audits and site visits by funders or regulatory agencies.
 - Process budget modifications and post-award changes.
 - Provide training and guidance to staff on grant requirements and reporting.
 - Manage the grant closeout process and monitor funding opportunities.
 
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Public Administration, or related field.
 - 2+ years of experience in grant administration, with a focus on post-award management.
 - Strong knowledge of grant compliance, budgeting, and reporting.
 - Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
 - Proficiency with financial management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
 - High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
 - Satisfactory references, background check, and drug screen.
