Job Summary: 

The Advisor Liaison serves as the primary point of contact between Jordan Creek Financial Solutions and affiliated financial professionals. This role supports business development by ensuring compliance oversight, strengthening advisor relationships, and driving operational excellence. The Liaison partners closely with OSJ Supervisors and advisors to deliver guidance, resolve escalations, and enhance the advisor experience across the network.

Essential Duties:
  • Collaborate with Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ) Supervisors and direct report financial professionals with communicating new policies and procedures, sharing information about Cambridge and providing input in order to strengthen relationships with financial professional offices
  • Supervise personal securities activities of OSJ Supervisors and direct report financial professionals by reviewing/approving sales activity, reviewing/approving correspondence, and serving as an escalation contact for OSJ Supervisors, financial professionals, and designees within the firm
  • Serve as a critical link in the organization focusing on identifying and addressing financial professional needs by leveraging data and providing strong customer support to ensure a positive relationship with the B/D
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance day to day process and procedures
  • Manage escalated issues and confirm consistent follow-up and tracking to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Assemble, deliver, & process account paperwork for advisors; and update information in various web-based programs and/or software accordingly
  • Work in partnership with team members across the Firm on strategic projects as necessary
  • Be a trusted resource for financial professionals with regards to business strategy, industry changes, and branch office growth including, but not limited to, planning regular visits to financial professionals in offices to strengthen the relationship with the firm, and providing training sessions as appropriate
  • Maintain an understanding of company revenue and profitability targets and firm level goals, comprehensive knowledge of key industry topics, internal programs, departmental procedures, regulatory requirements and firm policy
  • Interface internally and externally in a professional and courteous manner to achieve the firm’s common goals and ensure communication of those goals and statuses to all necessary parties
  • Review, analyze and approve daily new business in a timely manner
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures, as well as external clearing firm policies and procedures to financial professionals and employees, and inform management of potential violations
  • Answer and problem-solve incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail and occasionally in-person requests professionally and courteously including escalated requests
  • Maintain working industry knowledge of key topics and continuing education for FINRA licenses (Series 7 and 24)
Education & Experience:

The ideal candidate would have an intermediate level of experience, typically 4+ years in an operational or advisor support role within the financial services industry.

  • Knowledge of the financial services industry highly preferred.
Certificates & Licenses:

This job requires a FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and a Series 99 within 12 months. Series 7 and/or Series 24 preferred.

 

Compensation: $65,000-$75,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
