What you will be doing:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Member CRF to join the Comp Rotor Facility in Annesley.
The Role of a Team Member is to process product using various techniques, that require a time served apprenticeship and experience of machining, inspection and NDT, as set out by technical instructions, Inspection Procedure cards, Engineering drawings and specifications.
In this role you will work a shift pattern which can consist of regular days, 2 shifts, 3-shifts or a 4-shift pattern depending on workload. Whilst most areas operate on a 3-shift basis, you have to be flexible to the business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out machining inspection or NDT, inspection using various Inspection Techniques on a variety of Blades, Discs, Blisks and Drums.
- Work closely with support functions.
- Ensuring safe working practices are adhered to at all times.
- Maintaining high levels of 5s, Housekeeping and Asset care.

- Completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship* and an NVQ/SVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent.
- Previous Inspection experience is preferred although full training will be given.
- Good Levels of numeracy and Literacy.
- Good eyesight.
- Being able to maintain Safe working practices.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a Team.
