About the role
We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our Performance Marketing team at Buyagift & Red Letter Days. If you love digging into data, building strong partnerships, and helping drive revenue growth through smart, scalable marketing strategies, this one’s for you.
This role supports the day-to-day running of our affiliate channel, with a focus on performance, optimisation, and relationship building. You’ll play a key part in attracting new customers and driving results by making data-led decisions and spotting opportunities to improve.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager in managing the affiliate programme.
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to grow performance.
Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand our network.
Optimise campaigns and test new strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Track performance metrics across platforms and provide actionable insights.
Keep affiliates updated on products, promotions, and company news.
Deliver accurate weekly reports on performance and trends.
About You:
Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills and experience interpreting marketing data.
Experience using Adobe Analytics to track performance and generate insights.
Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
Great communicator with a passion for performance marketing and business growth.
Basic understanding of how different performance marketing channels work together.
Nice to have:
Experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualisation.
Familiarity with affiliate platforms like Partnerize, Rakuten, or AWIN.
1–2 years’ experience working in affiliate marketing.
Interview Process:
Stage 1: 20–30 min screening call with our recruitment team
Stage 2: 30–45 min video call with the Hiring Manager
Final Stage: 45–60 min meet the team session, including a short task to prepare and present
