- Stock in, maintain and prepare car inventories.
- Prepare key tags and stock cards.
- Prepare file folders for each unit that comes in.
- Send work order requests for service, clean up and recalls.
- Input all external work invoices and submit to accounting.
- Register certified vehicles once sold and delivered.
- Register used car warranty sold by the Business Managers.
- Assemble wholesale bill of sales.
- Arrange transportation if vehicles are to be picked up and sometimes arrange for delivery.
- Demonstrates utmost professionalism in the performance of duties.
- Execute tasks and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
- Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
- Other duties as required by management.
- Minimum 1-3 years dealership reception or sales administration experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong computer & leadership skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Must be willing to be flexible with work schedule including occasional evenings and/or weekends to meet bi-weekly and month end deadlines.

Compensation: $45,000 annually
