Apprentice IS 1st Line Support - Level 3

Newcastle upon Tyne

Fixed Term for 15 months - (with progression opportunities available), Full Time (37.5 hpw)

Salary £10.00 to £12.21 per hour, depending on age (this is reflective of NMW) plus you’ll achieve an accredited professional qualification (which we pay for!)

What you’ll do

• Support colleagues with IT issues and queries across systems and equipment

• Learn how to resolve problems and escalate when needed

• Deliver great customer service with every interaction

• Gain hands-on experience in a busy service desk environment

• Work towards a Level 3 Infrastructure Technician qualification and Microsoft certifications

The practical bits

• We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our Newcastle upon Tyne head office, with the rest from home.

• You’ll work Monday to Friday.

• You’ll work core hours between 7am and 6pm with flexibility built in.
