Divestment Project Manager
Location: Bristol, Edinburgh or London (Hybrid)
6 Month Fixed Term Contract

A role you will love
The People Team Divestment Project Manager will be responsible for managing the plans and activities for a complex, UK divestment activity. Working closely and collaboratively with the global People Team, the role will provide day-to-day project management of the People Workstream within the wider divestment project structure.
The successful individual will ensure that there is clear, complete and accurate documentation that covers all the relevant deliveries defined in the project scope and will support the team with the on-time completion of deliverables and governance.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for hosting workstream team meetings; supporting Steer. Cos.; owning the workstream RAID log and creating associated workstream plans (including test plans, cutover plans etc. where relevant)
- Tracking workstream budget, resourcing, deliverables and all assigned activities.
- Work collaboratively and build relationships with internal stakeholders, managing their expectations to ensure the business objectives are being achieved.
- Engage with other members of the project team to achieve on-time and high-quality project delivery.
- Managing numerous relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including upwards management
- Working amongst a global team within a complex business environment, offering an analytical problem-solving approach, embracing teamwork, innovation and excellence.
What will you bring to the role?
Our Divestment Project Manager will have several years’ experience of project management within the area of People and Human Resources, alongside specific exposure to divestment or mergers and acquisitions.

- Able to work collaboratively, drawing in internal and external stakeholders swiftly to identify problems and potential solutions.

- A true “team player”, who can inspire and support the project team through the highs and lows of a complex project, alongside the ability to negotiate with key stakeholders throughout the lifespan of the project.
