Job Purpose
Improve the efficiency and quality of the production process with TPM methodology, together with the Production, Technical, Engineering/Maintenance and Quality Departments.
Job Dimensions & Scope
- Site AF Alzira: 300 FTEs, revenue € 130 M
- Part of a 7-BU local team
- Direct reporting line to Commercial & Project Manager.
Principal Accountabilities
- Implementation of Continuous Improvement tools in a continuous production process of automated rotary production.
- Application of methodologies of Analysis and problem solving.
- Training for members of the production teams.
- Leadership and/or support in improvement meetings.
- Data Analysis.
- Implementation of minor projects and reapplication of improvements.
Qualifications/Requirements
Formal Qualifitacions and Experience needed:
- Technical/Industrial Engineering.
- 2-3 years in similar position in Continuous Process Industry, or Food.
- Advanced English (B2).
- Office & SAP.
- Technical Competencies:

- Knowledge of TPM/IWS.

- Root cause analysis.

- Knowledge of Maintenance.
