About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Employee Relations (ER) Leader to build and scale ER capabilities across multiple countries in Europe.
This is a foundational role - the first ER position in the region - responsible for setting up frameworks, processes, and governance that ensure fairness, compliance, and consistency across all employee matters.

You’ll work closely with HR, Legal, and Ethics & Compliance to manage investigations, performance cases, and policy interpretation, while preparing to build and lead a regional ER team in the future.

Key Responsibilities

Investigations & Case Management

  • Lead regional investigations into employee complaints or policy breaches.

  • Partner with Ethics & Compliance and Legal on complex or cross-border cases.

  • Build systems for case intake, tracking, and closure.

  • Consolidate ER trends and precedents to create consistent guidance.

Compliance & Performance

  • Advise HR and business leaders on performance and disciplinary actions.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global policies.

  • Identify and escalate systemic or high-risk issues.

Stakeholder Management

  • Be the main ER contact for the region.

  • Partner with HR, Legal, and senior leaders to deliver balanced, risk-aware solutions.

  • Support alignment between regional and global ER practices.

Program Development

  • Assess regional needs and design scalable ER frameworks.

  • Develop tools, templates, and training for future ER Advisors.

  • Prepare for the transition to a regional ER hub model.

Your Background

  • 5+ years in Employee Relations or HR ideally with focus on investigations and compliance.

  • Skilled in stakeholder management and decision-making in complex environments.

  • Experience with ER systems (Workday Help, ServiceNow, etc.).

  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

  • Nice to have: Strong knowledge of labor laws across multiple countries.

Why Join Now?

This is a unique opportunity to shape the regional employee relations function from the ground up, partnering closely with global ER leaders to deliver consistent, fair, and scalable practices. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening our organizational culture by bridging employee relations and ethics compliance, ensuring we uphold integrity, fairness, and regulatory accountability across regions while influencing the global future of employee relations at TD SYNNEX.
