Then become part of our team.Your Role:Leadership and Team Management: Leading & developing a team of several Promo Sales Planners.Promo Sales Forecasting: Responsibility for planning the Promotion Sales Forecast (Sell-In in Volume & Value) in the current planning system.Coordination: Coordination & consolidation of the monthly planning process per EAN & customer.Preparation & Projects: Preparation of relevant topics for the monthly sales planning reviews and project work within the DACH Cluster.Communication: Communication of opportunities & risks in the weekly sales cycle.Your Profile:Successfully completed studies in Business Administration or similar fields.At least 4 years of professional experience, particularly in Supply Chain or Sales Planning.Strong analytical skills and understanding of P&L, revenue/volume planning, and sales forecasts.Initial experience in leading teams is desirable, good project management skills and entrepreneurial thinking.
