We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader – Assembly to join our production team. In this key role, you’ll ensure the on-time, cost-effective, and high-quality assembly of electronic components. Working closely with your team and cross-functional departments, you’ll play a vital role in delivering products that meet our quality standards and delight our customers.

As part of our mission-driven organization, you’ll contribute directly to operational excellence, team performance, and the overall success of Caresyntax’s delivery and customer satisfaction goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee daily assembly operations with focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve production efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Recommend and execute improvements to facilities, equipment, and workflows.
  • Ensure adherence to operational standards, safety policies, and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments and other team leaders to ensure smooth coordination.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Leads a team of up to 8 members in technical and disciplinary terms
  • Provides leadership, management, and motivation to attain high levels of employee achievement and retention.
  • Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Qualification as a Master Electrician specializing in media technology, or a Technician/Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Media Technology (or equivalent).
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the assembly of electronic components.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a comparable manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of LEAN management, production planning, and process optimization.
  • Solid IT skills (MS Office, database systems, web tools).
  • Working proficiency in English and German (spoken and written).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
