- High School Diploma with 1-2 years customer service experience
 - Basic computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office products and ability to learn other software programs
 - Valid driver’s license and a clear criminal record check
 - Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail
 - Ability to problem solve and handle challenging situations with diplomacy and respect
 - Effective verbal communication skills
 - Basic mathematical skills
 
- Establish and achieve Weekly/Monthly Showroom Sales Targets
 - Establish and achieve Weekly/Monthly Showroom Closing Rate Targets
 - Ensure every customer is treated with the “Floform Showroom Experience” as defined by:
 
- Ensure Appropriate Showroom exterior/interior Signage for ease of access/flow through the facility
 - Ensure the showroom is clean and has a professional appearance
 - Establish Immediate Greeting/Engagement upon arrival for positive relationship development
 
- Assists customers with design choices and selection of products that fit their needs/budget
 - Ensure Express Products are on display and appropriately labelled for ease of selling
 - Implement the Floform Retail Selling System
 - Support and Develop CSR’s who are involved in the Retail Showroom, cultivating a “team” sales environment
 - In addition to assisting customers in person, also assist by email or on the telephone, as required
 - Process orders and accept payment from customers
 - Input orders/quotes into the computer system and establish installation/delivery dates
 - Responds to customer inquiries, complaints and coordinate activities with other departments as necessary; escalates complaints to supervisor as required
 - Track and maintain customer service records through Floform Lead Tracking system
 - Establishes proactive communication with customers to ensure understanding of product ordered
 - Handles quality and service issues to develop/maintain customer loyalty
 - Ensure Quotes/Orders are priced accurately and complete timely retail Quote/Order Follow-ups
 - Resolves pricing/invoicing/credit/payment/shipping discrepancies for customer with the appropriate department(s) as required
 - Communicate product/design trends, which should be incorporated in the showroom, to leadership
 - Provide input and recommend design changes to ensure the local showroom is “Best of Class"
 - Other duties as assigned
