Description
Market and merchandise Anheuser-Busch products within an assigned territory, servicing specific accounts on a regular basis. This position reports directly to the delivery supervisor.
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assume all specific job responsibilities related to the Merchandising Position, including but not limited to:	
- Insure proper rotation of product in a timely manner with the color code system, including stocking, merchandising, facing, etc. of all products in the market
 - Assembly and disassembly of product displays in retail accounts
 - Merchandising of products creatively and effectively to improve shelf and display positions
 - Participation in resets as needed
 - Maintain back room and back stock in neat and orderly condition
 - Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to apply those principles to merchandising materials
 - Knowledge of all pricing, promotions and company goals
 - Manage time effectively to route daily work needs, while following bulk delivery
 - Submit completed and signed daily activity reports (pull sheets) to supervisor
 - Communicate to management all changes and occurrences in the market including competitive activity
 - Dominate the market with permanent and paper point of sale
 - Maintain package integrity and quality standards in the marketplace
 
 - Responsible for the adherence to company standards, guidelines, policy and procedures
 - Improve and build customer relationships at the retail level
 - Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
 - Oversees and maintains company equipment
 - Any other tasks as requested by management
 
Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Physical ability to complete all job tasks-repetitive lifting, bending, pulling and pushing, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs continuously, overhead
 - Willingness to work until the entire job is completed, including working in adverse weather conditions
 - Complete all required Safety training and any other continued training as required for position
 - Read and understand Arkansas Beverage Sales’ Policy Manual
 - Clean driving record
 - Adherence to all drug free workplace standards and requirements
 - Strong communicative skills
 - Self motivated with a strong work ethic
 - Ability to present yourself in a professional manner at all times
