Location: 2009 West Ave S. La Crosse, WI 54601

Starting Wage: $18.00/hour - $20.00/hour

Shift: Monday – Friday 6:00am – 2:00pm; overtime and on-call as needed 

Typical Day in the Role:

The Facilities Maintenance Specialist is responsible for tasks that include:

• Performing general housekeeping across production areas, garages, and offices. 
• Conducting preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, compressors, and facility equipment. 
• Handling minor repairs including plumbing, lighting, carpentry, and painting. 
• Maintaining outdoor grounds—trash pickup, snow removal, landscaping, and more. 
• Supporting office moves and facility adjustments. 
• Operating forklifts, skyjacks, and snow blowers. 
• Traveling between Inland locations as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree required
• 3 or more years of experience in facility maintenance
• Commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude 
• Willingness to utilize and learn new technology
