About the Role

 

The Data Analytics & ETL Coordinator plays a pivotal role in extracting insights from data across many sources to drive informed business decisions at Tate Inc. This professional works with data processing software and ETL tools, analyzes trends, delivers reports on KPIs and key metrics, and presents findings to key stakeholders.

 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Collects data from various sources, including sales numbers, market research, logistics, and other relevant behaviors.
  • Ensures data quality and accuracy by filtering and cleaning datasets.
  • Collaborates with management to identify critical metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyzes complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Creates reports, graphs, and infographics to visualize data effectively.
  • Works closely with executives and other business leaders to provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Establishes KPIs with stakeholders to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
  • Structures large data sets to extract usable information.
  • Facilitates the connection of disparate data sources in order to develop reports spanning applications and trigger automated updates of data based on application triggers
  • Collaborates with a team of analysts and other employees to process and interpret data.
  • Creates presentations and reports based on findings and recommendations.
  • Maintains awareness of quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance policies; reports all quality issues, and unsafe acts/conditions to the proper personnel.

 

What You’ll Bring

 

  • A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in data analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL query design and implementation.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.
  • Experience with ETL processes and tools such as SSIS or Make, N8N, Skyvia, DataBricks, and Snowflake
  • Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling.
  • Exposure to programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
  • Able to solve complex problems using data-driven approaches.
  • Able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
