Your Role in Our Mission
The Patient Services Coordinator is the administrative cornerstone of our clinic, providing essential front-office support for adults managing substance use, mental health, and co-occurring conditions. This role is responsible for comprehensive operational duties, including managing all inbound and outbound patient communications, conducting appointment scheduling and patient registration, accurately collecting co-pays, processing medical records and paperwork, and ensuring precise data collection. Above all, the coordinator is tasked with delivering exceptional customer service to all patients and families throughout their interaction with the clinic.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $15/hr-16/hr., full-time exempt position, Monday- Friday, 8am - 5pm

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous medical office or administrative assistance experience.
- Experience with substance use and mental health population preferred but not required
- Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
