The role of the Store Leader is to achieve overall profitability and growth by making QuickChek a Great Place to Work and a Great Place to Shop through the development of his or her team.
Responsibilities:- Develops Team Members for current and future positions
- Achieves customer service standards
- Meets or exceeds shrink, cash, mystery shop, food service audit and other measurable goals
- Achives profit goals
- Meets minimum engagement score
- Protects company assets
- Leads monthly store meetings and attends weekly district meetings
Qualifications:
- Must be in "Ready Status" and completion of QC LIT program
- ServSafe Certified
- A/B Operator Certification
- Excellent communication skills
