This position is full-time, requires a hybrid work schedule, and is only available in New York City.
Responsibilities
As the AI Operations Associate, you’ll help bring our AI transformation strategy to life, supporting the coordination, documentation, and adoption of AI initiatives across the company. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into action, ensuring our people, tools, and processes are set up for success as we scale our use of AI.
Partner with the Senior Director of AI Transformation to deliver internal AI initiatives, pilots, and tool onboardings.
Keep projects organized, maintaining timelines, documentation, and progress updates across AI workstreams.
Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Production, IT, and People teams to keep efforts aligned and moving forward.
Track goals and metrics, helping capture learnings and impact along the way.
Support AI tool onboarding, licensing, and system setup in partnership with IT.
Support new AI tool rollouts by creating guides, templates, and training materials that make learning easy.
Keep our internal AI knowledge base up to date with best practices, FAQs, and playbooks.
Assist with planning and scheduling internal training sessions and workshops.
Ensure our AI communications stay clear, consistent, and accessible for everyone.
Help shape processes that make AI adoption simple and scalable across teams.
Stay curious about emerging AI tools and share what’s relevant and inspiring for our work.
Act as a connector between teams — helping spark excitement, build confidence, and bring ideas to life.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
3–4 years of experience in operations, program or project management, or digital enablement — ideally within creative, marketing, data-driven, or tech-focused environments.
Experience working with or supporting teams using AI tools or automation, and genuine enthusiasm for helping others adopt new technology.
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data workflows, and emerging enterprise AI tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — you anticipate needs and take initiative to move work forward.
Thrives in dynamic environments, keeping multiple projects and stakeholders aligned with clarity and ease.
Excellent communicator who brings structure, transparency, and follow-through to complex initiatives.
PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus.
You approach every challenge with curiosity, navigate ambiguity with confidence, lead with empathy, and inspire others with your positive energy.

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 and this position is eligible for benefits that include medical insurance (health, dental, and vision), retirement plan, paid time off, paid parental leave, new business and employee referral bonuses, etc. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for New York City based hires only and is provided pursuant to the New York City Pay Transparency Law. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as candidates' relevant work experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
