Fabuwood is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Relations Specialist to manage and strengthen relationships with third-party operational partners. In this role, you’ll lead the onboarding process for new vendors, ensure effective project communication, and serve as a key liaison between Fabuwood and external collaborators. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be ready to represent Fabuwood with professionalism and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with third-party operational companies
- Oversee onboarding and integration of new external partners
- Communicate project updates across internal teams and vendors
- Collaborate with logistics, operations, and procurement teams to align goals
- Address urgent logistics issues, including after-hours needs when necessary
Qualifications:
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Adaptable team player who embraces challenges and works with urgency
- Experience in vendor relations, logistics, or operations is a plus
