  • Handle customer service inquiries providing accurate information and solutions to problems.

1. Sales Support and Transaction Processing:

• • Assist customers with transactions, orders, and purchases, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
  • Supporting the customer experience in partnership with the branch as needed.
  • Capture potential quantity discount upsell opportunities during customer interactions.

1. Customer Relationship Management:

• • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Solicit and record customer feedback, sharing insights with the sales and product teams to improve services and offerings.

1. Record Keeping and Administration:
