• Open new accounts and memberships – including business, fiduciary, and personal
• Handle member debit card items
• Perform account maintenance for members
• Handle complex member inquires and needs
• Expand member share of wallet, and ensure strong e-service adoption
• Handle all in-person member requests that are not performed on the teller line, except loan applications
• Back-up the teller line
• Create Raving Fan Experiences with every member helped!

Requirements

• Strong attendance record
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
• Proven ability to complete complex transactions and forms accurately
• Positive attitude
• Ability to achieve set sales goals
• Willingness to go above and beyond service expectations for our members
