Our company is seeking General Laborers / Field Technicians to join our Chemical Cleaning crew in our Industrial Services division. The ideal candidate for this position is reliable and dedicated, a team player who works well with others. Technicians execute any needed fieldwork encompassed in chemical cleaning, environmental services and industrial cleaning (i.e. vacuuming, tank cleaning, waste packaging and disposal, site demolition, emergency spill response, hydroblasing and site cleanup projects) while under direct or indirect supervision. The Laborer will conduct daily tasks in accordance with established procedures, policies, and practices.
Responsibilities:
Carry out heavy duty tasks requiring medium to maximum physical exertion. Frequent standing or walking, lifting, and carrying materials or objects weighing 50 pounds, climbing up and down ladders or scaffolds carrying tools and equipment, working in confined space entry, stooped, crouched, or kneeling positions as required.
Assist in the inspections, hook up and break down hoses using proper tools, gaskets and other equipment that is required.
Loads hoses, chemicals and other equipment required for job.
Has ability to understand chemical applications, flow paths for chemical circulations
Set up and break down equipment, including hoses and tools, following inspections and safety procedures.
Previous experience in chemical cleaning or industrial environments preferred.
Must have reliable transportation and be ready for work at designated start times.
Majority of work will be conducted in an outside environment where you could be exposed to all weather conditions. You may preform tasks in enclosed (confined) spaces and may be required to wear appropriate PPE or respirator as needed.
Must follow all health and safety regulations.
Experience:
- Critical thinking and basic math principles
- Must be able to read and understand SDS (Safety Data Sheets)
- Minimum 1 years of experience in industrial environments (refineries, plants, terminals, etc.), recommended but not required
- Valid TWIC card required.
- Clean MVR and ability to pass all required pre-employment drug testing and background screenings.
- Ability to travel for jobs and work extended shifts, including nights and weekends.
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift and handle up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 150 lbs with team assistance.
- Comfortable working at heights exceeding 100 ft and in confined spaces.
- Must be able to walk, climb, kneel, crawl, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- 12-hour shifts are typical, with overtime and emergency callouts as needed.
We provide safety training along with skills-based training.

Pay range: $18-$19 per hour for 0-1 year experience
