Your key responsibilities
|
| Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, protocols, and company policies, maintaining a safe and tidy work environment. |
| Good Knowledge of TPM, OEE, FPY, NCC1, MTTR, MTBF , 3M, Standard Work etc. terms. |
| Analyse the OEE and Productivity improvement and Production KPI Monitoring |
| Coordinate in shifts production activities, set up the line for specific orders, and ensure that production targets and quality standards are consistently met. |
| Maintain accurate production records, reports, inventory levels, and documentation related to A & R and production, |
| Production monitoring, Planning and resources management skill, Manpower management and handling skill |
| Basic Knowledge of SAP , Powerpoint and Excel |
| Knowledge of rework and analysis & Expert in M4A MAF ideal flow rework and analysis, Good M4A product knowledge |
| Preperation and analysis of scrap data |
| Knowledge of 5S and lean manufacturing-Focus to capture and minimise the Non value adding activity and wastages to improve the productivity |
| Problem solving skill- Good analytical skill to resolve the operations topic and concerns effectively |
| Working in to shift pattern. |
| Good leadership and manpower management skill- Ability to lead and develop the team as per organisation requirement |

| Experience- |
| Minimum 2.5 years experience in VT. |
| Minimum 1.5-2 year experience in Rework & analysis and team leading |

Your qualification
|
| Diploma in engineering ( Mechanical /Automobile , Electrical , E&TC) |
