Job Description
- Perform live migration of Edge nodes during planned maintenance activities.
- Configure and manage logging, metrics, and alerting for store clusters.
- Deploy and manage secrets for new markets.
- Provide lab support functions previously handled by Google PSO team.
- Monitor and maintain store cluster health in Google Cloud Console.
- Create and manage Service Café incidents for operational issues.
- Triage and process change requests for production environments.
- Apply maintenance windows to store clusters in Google Console.
- Respond to and resolve Robin Master synchronization issues.
- Act on configured alerts in Google Console.
- Maintain and update runbooks for Edge events.
