Job Purpose

• Executes and follows up complex Shipping operation/coordination

Job Description

• Provides transport cost and man-hours estimation and reports, monitors budget vs. project execution• Implements methods and means of Transportation in agreement with Project Procurement Manager• Plans and revises shipping schedule• Prepares and issues specifications, Invitation to Bid, Negotiation documents, and Service Orders• Defines and assigns to Forwarding Agents any shipments out of Service Orders• Contacts suppliers and coordinates pick-up operations, based on the loading/shipping plan for each shipment• Issues or coordinates the issue of import-export documentation, together with the Administration Department when necessary• Issues and updates the Shipping Notice to the various parties involved and sends a separate set of shipping documents to the field

You are meant for this job if:

• Technical diploma or relevant degree/ diploma• 3 to 5 years of experience on management and coordination of complex shipping schemes
