POSITION SUMMARY
This temporary position is an important member of the Wholesale and Sales Team within Odell Brewing Company. The Wholesale Merchandiser’s primary function is to execute the Odell merchandising plan by traveling to assigned accounts to accurately control stock levels. The schedule will be up to 24 hours per week, Friday – Sunday.
Schedule/Hours:
- Regularly scheduled - Friday through Sunday.
- Hours/shifts may vary according to seasonal needs.
- Employment for the season is estimated to begin in October and end in January.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Merchandise products in accounts as assigned and according to the merchandising plan
- Rotation of beer by date
- Stocking shelves, building and rotating displays
- Stocking of current POS
- Maximize optimum shelf position - shelf/cooler set management
- Delivering and placing POS
- At each account, capture clear, date-stamped photographs of completed work and upload to sales portal
- Work with Marketing and Sales to determine best use of point of sale and visual assets to attract customers to Odell products
- Coordinate with store manager placement of marketing materials and re-ordering of products
- May be asked to assist Sales Team in weekly tastings, samplings, and hand sales
- Monitor store inventory and communicate any issues in a timely manner to Wholesale Manager
- Comply with and remain knowledgeable on company policies and procedures, ensuring that all activities are conducted in a safe manner and in compliance with local, state and federal laws

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record – no DUI’s
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must work as a team player
- Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
- Exceptional organizational skills

- This position is very active with repetitive motion and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing
- Regular and repetitive motion of hands and arms; reach with hands and arms
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds
COMPENSATION
Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Odell’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.
Hourly Rate: $20/hr
