We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Program Manager with a passion for games and storytelling, who can deliver operational excellence to our client, Xbox.
Our Integrated Marketing Program Manager will partner with our client to support our team in delivering high-impact games campaigns from inception to execution while partnering closely with internal marketing stakeholders and external partners. Ideal candidates will have experience delivering complex, multi-channel consumer marketing campaigns on time and on brand.
The ideal candidate is experienced in leading and executing integrated marketing campaigns and highly knowledgeable in video production, paid media, and distribution of completed campaign assets. They will have a proven track record of delivering compelling creative marketing strategies, a deep understanding of video game marketing, and previous experience working with video game publishers. A genuine and positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency working across a large and highly complex organization with numerous stakeholders is essential.
This role requires a strong sense of ownership, with the ability to identify and prioritize campaign components for maximum impact across channels. Strong communication and cross-collaboration skills will be used daily to build consensus among a diverse group of stakeholders. The ability to keep owned tasks highly organized while managing multiple programs, delivering assets, and updating stakeholders among multiple concurrent projects are requirements of this role.
Responsibilities:
- Program management of first party games marketing campaign rollout across Xbox owned and operated channels in partnership with internal marketing teams.
- Manage multiple campaigns and production projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with product marketing and game teams to execute and improve marketing strategies to meet business and game development objectives.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment throughout all campaign phases, including creative content approvals and clearances.
- Collect, receive, track and distribute game assets to and from key stakeholders for use across campaigns, regional executions, owned channel programming, and unique executions as needed.
- Develop work back schedules, internal process initiatives, and best practices to enable seamless and coordinated execution of campaigns across all teams and channels.
- Help identify and flag risks or blockers, ensuring issues are escalated appropriately.
- Contribute ideas to improve workflows and processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product marketing, advertising, and/or campaign development experience, with or for an agency or in-house team.
- 3 + years of managing campaign strategy, development, and production in video game marketing or with a video game publisher.
- Natural ability to story tell and engage customers with relevant and sticky content.
- Proven ability to build, track, and execute marketing campaigns from start to finish with attention to detail, internal quality control, and best-in-class creative outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to think strategically and creatively, while maintaining great attention to detail, internal quality control, and best in class creative.
- Thrive in busy, multi-disciplined environments and proven ability to identify and mitigate problems and quickly provide solutions.
- A genuine and positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills, personal ownership, and demonstrated ability to align partnerships and collaborations
- Bonus: An avid gamer – particularly knowledgeable about PC, console, and gaming trends.
