Job Summary
This position is responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial information. Responsible for entering new supplier adds in JDE and for ensuring this information is entered accurately.
Job Details/Responsibilities
1. In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
2. Perform monthly closing, including preparation and adjustment of journal entries, run preliminary financial reports, and analyze variances.
3. Perform monthly balance sheet account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial statements.
4. Assist in audits by working closely with auditors and supplying information requested.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.
6. Review Concur expense reports to ensure compliance to travel policy.
7. Assigns CAS numbers to fully approved proposals, and answers proposal related questions.
8. Maintains fixed asset ledgers and calculates depreciation and responsible for semi-annual physical confirmation of fixed assets to comply with TC accounting standards.
9. Enters new suppliers in JDE and responsible for Master Data Goverance.
10. Other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
The position exists in an office environment within a manufacturing facility. Requires sitting for long periods of time with occasional stooping, bending, reaching, grasping, etc. May requrie occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or objects up to, but not limited to, 25 lbs. Frequent repetitive motion tasks performed. Requires up to 5% travel. This position may be eligible to work remotely 90% of the time. This may change based on job responsibilities, project/business needs and/or Associate job performance. In all cases Associates may need to have on-site presence for designated meetings and compliance related activities.
Qualifications/ Background Experiences
Requires a four-year college degree in Accounting and a minimum of three years of experience. Intermediate computer software skills, i.e. Microsoft Office.
The annualized base salary range for this role is $76,323.00 to $95,874.00. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
