This individual will oversee the Quality, Risk, and Compliance (QRC) organization and set the overall Risk Management product vision and strategy.
You will create and own the product roadmap, and drives focus on the vision of the product while aligning it with company objectives
Position Responsibilities:
Establishes and maintains the Risk Management value stream
Identifies all inputs, processes, outputs, and dependencies to effectively manage all aspects of Risk Management within Information Digital Technology & Security (IDT&S)
Translates customer needs into well-specified user stories, enabling product team members to build Risk Management solutions
Develops and maintains comprehensive product plans and roadmaps, ensuring that features are delivered on time and within scope, and that they add business value
Owns end-to-end product development, from inception to production and maintenance
Improves a product through iterative sprints to fulfill vision and end user needs by incorporating feedback from end users
Manages key priorities and maintains the backlog
Collaborates with other QRC Product Teams and stakeholders to ensure the product’s strategy and roadmap are aligned to the Product Family/Division Strategy and Objective and Key Results (OKRs)
Creates, measures, and reports product progress against product OKRs via Quarterly Business Review (QBR) memos
Manages the product budget and its Profit & Loss (P&L)
Tracks and manages technical risks
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelors or higher
3+ years of experience envisioning, road mapping, story lining, and delivering a product based on end user research in iterative sprints
Experience with user research, usability testing, rapid prototyping, value proposition definition, design thinking, and analytics
Experience interfacing between business and technical domains
Experience influencing at all levels of the organization
Experience with various roles of the organization and how roles interact with the product offerings
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience serving as the empathetic “voice of the customer”
Experience with strong communication skills and ability to communicate complex messages, trade-offs, and tell compelling stories
Experience with problem-solving and managing the team to drive solutions
Experience as a strong leader, collaborator, and team player

Summary pay range: $151,300– $218,500
