About you:

Like Nancy Drew or Sherlock Holmes, you’ve got a knack for sorting through data, finding what’s important, and solving problems with that information. What’s more? You’re great at explaining your insights to others as well!
On a scale of 1-7 (7 being the best), you’re a 7 (Siete!) when it comes to working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
You see the value in storytelling with words, but telling a story with data? Well that’s what makes your heart glow!
Presenting data analytics is to YOU as peanut butter is to jelly (or tortillas are to cheese!). As in, it’s your thing!
You’re a results-driven person, mainly because you’re highly organized and motivated but also because you’re as curious as a cat (or as curious as George!)
What you will do
Synthesize scan and consumer data to craft compelling, fact-based selling materials. Present insights and recommendations to retailers and cross functional teams.
Maintain existing internal and external analytics resources including performance reports and customer-facing decks on a consistent cadence. Adjust insights or stories with new data to capture the latest trends and strongest selling points.
Facilitate monthly state of the business category analysis, summarizing trends, opportunities and risks.
Partner with Sales account leads on customer specific selling opportunities and critical information needed to support Siete and retailer objectives, providing on-time deliverables.
Support ad hoc analytical requests for business questions from stakeholders in Marketing, Finance, and Operations, collaborating with external partners and/or consultants as needed.
Represent data or reporting gaps and brainstorm ways to resolve them with your manager.
Travel up to 15% of the time.
Experience
3+ years in food/beverage CPG sales and/or category management required
Strong grasp of industry data available from syndicated partners like SPINS, Circana, and/or Numerator as well as direct customers and distributors (ex. Whole Foods, Walmart, Target, UNFI, KeHE) required
Proficiency in Excel including comfort with vlookups and pivot tables is required
Comfort with Google Slides and Powerpoint is preferred
