Security Site Trainer – Full Time – Salt Lake City, UT

Wage: $26.44/HR

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a solid understanding of security protocols, and the ability to effectively train and motivate diverse teams. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, patient, and adaptable, with experience in developing training materials and conducting hands-on sessions. A proactive attitude and a commitment to safety and compliance are essential to ensure that all security personnel are well-prepared and confident in their roles.

Position Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older. 
  • High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.
  • Standard computer / technology skills needed.
  • Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
  • All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. 
  • Prior Security and Management experience required. 
  • Trainer experience is preferred.
  • Valid UT State Driver's License required.
