Description
Conexon Connect is looking for a Marketing Operations and Data Analyst to help identify and transform data into operational initiatives and effective campaigns. This position will play a key role in campaign optimization, data management and process development. The analyst will be highly detail-oriented, comfortable working with large datasets, and able to translate complex data into clear, compelling recommendations for both marketing and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support:
- Work with marketing team to create, design and deploy strategies for customer acquisition, retention, community building and brand growth, and engagement.
 - Partner with operations, sales, and development teams to ensure data insights are aligned with business needs and campaign objectives.
 
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and automate data workflows.
 - Develop best practices for campaign tracking, lead attribution, and performance measurement.
 
Data Collection & Management:
- Gather, clean, and validate marketing, sales, and customer data from internal and external sources (HubSpot, website analytics, sign-up tools, cooperative data feeds, etc.).
 - Maintain accurate, consistent, and up-to-date data sets to ensure reliable analysis and reporting.
 - Develop and manage dashboards to track performance against KPIs and goals.
 
Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance across channels (direct mail, digital ads, social media, PR, events) and generate actionable insights to optimize results.
 - Conduct segmentation analysis to identify high-potential customer groups and measure campaign impact by audience type, service area, and offer.
 - Analyze customer acquisition, churn, and retention trends, highlighting opportunities to improve marketing ROI.
 - Support eligibility data integration efforts, ensuring marketing messages align with real-time service availability.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
 - 1-3 years of experience in marketing, marketing operations or similar field
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel a plus
 - Experience with CRM, HubSpot a bonus.
 - Experience with Microsoft Power BI
 - Comfortable problem solving/troubleshooting operational issues
 - Great eye for detail, a creative mind, collaborative work style, and great interpersonal skills with ability to communicate crisply and clearly with a positive attitude.
