Job Description Summary:
The HRIS Manager will be responsible for administering, configuring, and optimizing our Workday, Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role will provide technical support, deliver user training, and support HR initiatives and operations to ensure system functionality aligns with organizational needs and objectives. The position will play a crucial role in enhancing system performance, improving user experience, and ensuring data integrity, system accuracy, and security.Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
System Configuration and Optimization:
Configure and customize the HRIS to align with organizational requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and user-friendly interfaces.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and key stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements for continuous enhancements.
Integration Management:
Manage integrations between the HRIS and other systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Work closely with IT and relevant teams to develop and maintain integration protocols.
Reporting and Analytics:
Develop and maintain HRIS reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide timely and effective technical support to HR functional leads and end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and ensure system stability and efficiency.
Data Management and Governance:
Oversee data integrity within the HRIS through regular audits and corrective actions.
Establish and maintain data governance policies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
System Upgrades and Maintenance:
Stay informed about the latest Workday updates and features, coordinating with vendors for system upgrades.
Plan and execute routine maintenance activities to ensure system performance, security, and reliability.
Lead system testing, upgrades, and new module implementations.
User Training and Documentation:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for users, covering system functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting.
Create detailed user guides and documentation to empower users with self-service resources.
Collaboration and Communication:
Partner with HR, IT, and other teams to understand their needs and align HRIS functionalities accordingly.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of proven HRIS experience in a high-growth organization.
Hands-on experience with Workday configuration, workflows, security, and Workday modules, including HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, and Reporting, and Workday certification is preferred.
Strong technical proficiency, including experience with HRIS platforms, system integrations, and data management.
In-depth knowledge of HR processes and regulations, data security, and compliance.
Excellent problem-solving and strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

69,000.00 - 137,000.00 USD AnnualActual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
