Job Description:

Skillforce is currently hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians to join our team for a long-term project at a UPS facility. This role will involve conduit installation, power and data cabling, and automation-related electrical work within a fast-paced industrial environment. Candidates must demonstrate strong technical ability, professionalism, and a commitment to safety and quality. This role will last into March of 2026 and will be 50+ hours per week. Pay $40+/hr. (DOE) and $150 per diem. 

Job Duties:

• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate electrical installations.

• Installation of EMT and Rigid Conduit

• Pulling, routing, and terminating THHN conductors

• Installation and layout of CAT6 data cabling

• Automation-style electrical work within an industrial UPS facility

• Interpretation of electrical plans, schematics, and specifications

• Compliance with all site safety standards and procedures

• Follow all safety guidelines and ensure high-quality workmanship.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of commercial electrical experience.

• Active Journeyman Electrician License (Minnesota or reciprocating state)

• Minimum OSHA 10 certification

• Previous experience in industrial or automation environments preferred

• Proficiency in conduit bending and structured cabling

• Ability to work 50+ hours per week, including possible overtime

• Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite for full duration of project

• Must have your own basic hand tools and PPE.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
