What You'll Do:

• Lead daily dining operations and events across all outlets.

• Ensure service excellence, team accountability, and guest satisfaction.

• Partner with the culinary team to execute seamless events and memorable dining experiences.

• Manage scheduling, inventory, training, and compliance with club and legal standards.

• Maintain a visible presence during peak hours, building strong member relationships.
