This position is responsible for coordinating pathway training programs for technical training as directed by the WTI Manager. The Pathway Coordinator serves as the liaison between WTI, all Shop Managers, pathway participants, and educational partners. This position will work directly with the Service Training Supervisors to handle all tasks related to the pathway programs to ensure we are working as one professional team delivering quality solutions to every customer. 

Pay Rate:  $64,132.23 - $88,238.84 Annually 
Pay rate is dependent upon education & experience. 

 

Essential Functions:

  • Liaison for current and future technicians to slot them in the appropriate training pathway.
  • Assists managers with technician placement in pathways.
  • Maintains and tracks data for current and historical pathway utilization.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with current and future educational partners.
  • Coordinates and schedules hotel reservations for pathway participants.
  • Organize and facilitate pathway graduations and celebrations.
  • Works with training supervisors on scheduling of pathway programs.
  • Maintains and issues pathway contracts.
  • Ordering, tracking, and issuing tooling through training pathways.
  • Works closely with recruiting team to support Wagner participation in community events.
  • Serves as the point of contact to support all pathway participants while in the programs.
  • Communicate regularly with managers to provide feedback on pathway participants.
  • Acts as the primary contact for WTI with all things related to pathway training programs.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Additional courses in office skills and/or business practices
  • 5+ years’ experience in a position responsible for a broad range of administrative duties
  • 5+ years customer service experience
  • Technician experience preferred
  • Knowledge or experience with vocational training programs preferred

Physical Demands & Competencies:

  • Standing, walking, talking, sitting, use of hands & hearing
  • Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing but may require occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
  • Data Entry, telephone, reading/writing, reasoning, organizational, communication & math skills
  • Safety & Product Knowledge
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Travel Requirements:

  • 25-50%

Work Environment:

  • Noise: Quiet
  • Indoors
