The Living Center South at Geneva General Hospital, part of Finger Lakes Health, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager to join our leadership team.

What You’ll Do

• Provide leadership and direction to RNs, LPNs, and CNAs within a supportive, collaborative environment

• Champion a culture of safety, respect, and compassion grounded in relationship-based care

• Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

• Support staff development through mentoring, coaching, and education

• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and daily clinical operations

• Foster teamwork and communication across departments to ensure continuity of care

• Maintain compliance with all DOH and regulatory standards

What You’ll Bring

• Education: Graduate from an accredited RN program (BSN or MSN preferred)

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing or LTC experience; leadership experience preferred

• License: Current NYS Registered Nurse license

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

• A commitment to quality, compassion, and teamwork

 Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with Meditech and healthcare management systems

Salary based on Nurse Manager Experience: $89,000.00-$105,000.00
