Pay Range: $17.49 to $24.48
Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.
Kwik Trip’s Store Engineering Department has an opening for an Inventory Administration Coordinator.
What you’ll be doing…
As an Inventory Administration Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting Kwik Trip’s inventory management processes. You’ll work closely with Inventory Controllers and Store Engineering teams to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency across our storerooms. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to the Store Engineering Department to help achieve departmental goals
- Process inventory requests including:
- Item issues and transfers
- Safety stock additions, changes, and removals
- Default bin and alternate item updates
- Inventory min/max order adjustments
- Create and manage internal purchase orders and work orders
- Track product recalls and document cycle count results
- Answer inventory-related questions from Store Engineering and Retail teams
- Maintain organized and audit-ready departmental files
- Assist with incoming calls and route inquiries appropriately
- Provide backup support for the SE/IT building front desk
You’ll need to have…
- 0–2 years of experience with inventory systems and methods (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient typing skills (70 WPM)
- Solid math aptitude
- General understanding of supply chain flow
- Ability to learn quickly and collaborate across departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Even better if you have…
- Experience with Maximo (preferred)
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and inventory control best practices
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Onsite at our La Crosse campus
