JOB SCOPE
BrainStim Centers is seeking an exceptional relationship-driven sales professional to build and maintain strategic partnerships throughout the region. This role represents the comprehensive continuum of diagnostics and treatment we and our partners provide to patients with brain, spine, and orthopedic injuries.
As our Marketing & Sales Manager, you'll develop deep, long-term relationships with a sophisticated business audience, educating them on our full spectrum of diagnostic and treatment services under the leadership of Dr. Mark Liker. You will serve as a trusted advisor, demonstrating how our integrated approach delivers superior patient outcomes. This is a consultative sales role focused on relationship depth, clinical expertise, and creating true partnerships. Compensation is dependent on productivity and results.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Relationship Development & Management
- Develop and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with sophisticated business clients
- Conduct regular in-person visits throughout territory
- Serve as trusted advisor and primary point of contact
- Build relationships at all levels within client organizations
- Position our services as the premier choice for patient care
- Maintain consistent presence and "top of mind" awareness
- Cultivate referral partnerships that grow over time
Service Education & Consultation
- Present our complete continuum of care to prospective clients
- Articulate how our integrated approach supports patient recovery
- Explain treatment protocols, timelines, and expected outcomes
- Discuss comprehensive documentation and reporting
- Provides case examples and success stories
- Connect clients with appropriate clinical leadership when needed
Sales & Business Development
- Generate qualified referrals and track conversion metrics
- Identify new opportunities and target accounts
- Develop strategic account plans for key relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams on referral intake and patient experience
- Provide feedback on client needs and market trends
- Achieve and exceed referral and relationship growth targets
Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years verifiable B2B sales or business development experience
- Background in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or related field
- Proven track record building and maintaining sophisticated client relationships
- Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually
- Total Compensation Expected: $160,000+ (includes commission)
- Exempt, full-time position
