Job Profile Summary
Under limited supervision, provides programmatic, instructional, operational, and marketing support for the department. Responsible for the coordination and implementation of Programs, Training, marketing and sales, of non-credit programs to the community with the goal of meeting departmental revenue goals.
Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree required.
An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered.
Minimum Experience/Training:
Four years of adult learning environment or business environment related experience.
Minimum Certification/Licenses:
Healthcare, Process Improvement, Computers, Business a plus
Essential Functions:
Daily - 25%: Prepares the term schedule, evaluations and contracts for assigned programs each term
Daily - 15%: Coordinates large programs; such as Healthcare and executive programs. Provides cost analysis or other analysis as it relates to industry workforce and Allied health programs.
Daily - 20%: Coordinates, room availability, scheduling of rooms and facility requirements.
Daily - 5%: Coordinates program sales, marketing and advertising efforts through the use of digital and social media.
Daily - 5%: Provides customer service and support with regards to student registration process and course offerings. Researches and resolves student issues.
Daily - 5%: Performs and conducts data analysis of workforce trends using knowledge of College systems to evaluate initiatives. Research various industry and workforce trends, policies & procedures relative to internal and external constituents
Daily - 5%: Provides support to new and existing adjunct instructors
Daily - 5%: Provides various small “group training” to business partners Coordinates and attends educational activities, information sessions and community events to promote programs.
Other - 5%: Researches resolutions to issues effecting Student, vendors and partners.
Other - 5%: Provides interpretation of standard departmental/ divisional policies and procedures through various “training,” team and the college, as needed, (CID, WD functionality, Marketing efforts, etc).
Other - 5%: Performs related duties/projects as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Fully proficient in professional in the functional standards and protocols of position
General understanding of College’s structure, policies and practices, and the impact on own area
Ability to contribute in multiple related areas within the function
Knowledgeable in department project plans, including the coordination of multiple resources and activities
Understand and ability to coordinate interdependencies of work duties
Ability to share knowledge and collaborate and colleagues within the College as well as external stakeholders
Excellent presentation skills
Advanced knowledge of computerized systems and operating environments i.e. Microsoft Office Products and specialized computer systems
