Telehealth Diagnostician en Westside Children's Therapy

Position Summary:

The Telehealth Diagnostician is responsible for using standardized, validated assessments to diagnose suspected autism within the pediatric population via telehealth. Collaborate and coordinate referrals, when appropriate, for ABA services within Westside.  

Essential Functions:

• Assess for a referring concern of autism using validated tools (including but not limited to the BOSA, ADOS-2, Vineland, ADI-R)
• Write diagnostic reports within the Westside app based on test data and observations 
• Provide at least 40 diagnostic assessments per month

Qualifications

Required Education, Experience and Credentials:

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D or Psy.D) in Clinical or School Psychology from an APA accredited program
• Internship training and post-doctoral training in psychological assessment and psychotherapeutic treatment with children
• Current Illinois Registration/licensure in Clinical Psychology or license-eligible 
• Experience conducting pediatric psychological evaluations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Formal training and proficiency administering the ADOS-2, preferred 
• Preference working with young children (ages 2+)
• Passion for working with children with developmental delays

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
