Office Support Longview
- Salary Range: $21.50 - $25.80 per hour, based on relevant years of experience
- Location: Fort Collins, Colorado at our Longview campus
- Status: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM to 6PM
Employees working at locations operating 24/7 earn a differential. Shift differentials are also available for evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
Role Overview:
Responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing a broad range of office duties at our Longview location. This role will deliver outstanding customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.
Essential Duties:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, courtesy, and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Manage court-ordered documentation: accept, track, monitor, and distribute paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
- Greet visitors, screen incoming calls, route mail, and perform general front desk and administrative duties.
- Receive, log, and distribute packages, technology, and other items arriving to or departing from the facility.
- Coordinate and maintain location calendars for meetings, conferences, and special appointments.
- Assist with setup and cleanup of conference rooms and shared meeting spaces.
- Draft, format, and produce letters, memoranda, reports, and other documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and related software, ensuring accuracy in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Monitor and manage office supply inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Provide flexible support to executive leadership and remote staff based in the building, as needed.
Required:
- High school diploma or completion of G.E.D. required
- More than two years of experience in office support required
Licenses and Certifications:
- Valid Colorado driver’s license or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire; must maintain a clean driving record. Frequent travel between SummitStone locations and external events is required
- Basic Life Support, CPR and First Aid certifications required at time or hire or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire required
Highly Desired:
- Associate’s degree or two-year college certificate in business or related field preferred
- Experience working in community-based behavioral health settings, particularly in roles involving administrative support preferred
- Bilingual/bi-cultural preferred
