We are currently looking for a Branch Administration Specialist to join the Landmark team. Here are all the details: 

 

HOW YOU WILL CONNECT 

The Branch Administration Specialist supports the Director of Retail Banking in driving sales, service, and operational excellence across all retail branches. This role oversees two direct reports—Retail Division Trainer and Internal Call Center Representative—and plays a critical part in equipping branch leaders and frontline teams with tools, insights, and guidance to achieve an exceptional customer experience and accomplish organizational goals. The Branch Administration Specialist supports branch operations and sales initiatives through data analysis, campaign oversight, policy and procedure development, and reporting. 

 

WHO YOU ARE 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 
  • 3+ years of experience in retail banking, sales support, operations, or financial services administration. 
  • Strong knowledge of branch banking practices, including marketing campaign execution, service-to-sales models, and policy/procedure development. 
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with business intelligence or data aggregation and reporting systems, such as Power BI.  
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including policy writing, training materials, and presentation development. 
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to travel across branch footprint. (25%) 
  • Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail. 
  • Collaborative approach, with the ability to build relationships across departments and teams. 
  • Customer-first orientation, ensuring sales and service models support exceptional client experiences. 
  • Strategic thinker who can translate insights into actionable recommendations. 

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Support the Director of Retail Banking in implementing sales and service management initiatives, budgeting, and performance tracking. 
  • Provide expertise and guidance on tracking marketing campaign results, service-to-sales activities, and business development initiatives to maximize customer engagement and growth.  
  • Develop and distribute tools, job aids, training materials, and resources for branch managers, personal bankers, and tellers to reinforce sales and service standards. 
  •  Develop, document, and communicate written policies and procedures for retail banking teams to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational integrity. 
  • Develop, maintain and enhance branch scorecards and action plans. Generate ad hoc analysis and reporting as requested by senior leadership, including trending insights and benchmarking. 
  • Prepare and aid in the development of presentations, dashboards, and reporting materials for division leadership, managers, and executive audiences. 
  • Serve as a resource for branch managers and assistant branch managers by providing progress updates on division and branch goals, objectives, and key performance measures. 
  • Support communication efforts between the retail division and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
